Licensing and Copyright Policy

Chitkara University Publications for the Journal of Pharmaceutical Technology, Research and Management protects authors’ rights, including their results, analysis, and the methodology of theoretical calculations or experiments. The copyright transfer form, combined with the open access policy under the Creative Commons licenses, provides all rights specifically to the author(s), except for the right to sell or distribute the material in any form to a third party.

Authors are encouraged to submit the author’s copy (preprint) to appropriate preprint archives, such as arXiv and/or IndiaRxiv, or institutional repositories (e.g., DSpace). The author can replace the preprint copy with the published paper if accepted for publication.

In all such cases, authors should carefully reference the Journal of Pharmaceutical Technology, Research and Management and include the DOI number on the required page of the depository.

The copyright and licensing policy of Chitkara University Publications not only protects the authors’ rights but also ensures the integrity and authenticity of scientific records. It takes issues of plagiarism, fraud, and ethical disputes very seriously.

Articles in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Technology, Research and Management by Chitkara University Publications are Open Access articles published under a Creative Commons Attribution CC-BY 4.0 International License. This license permits the use, remixing, tweaking, and reproduction of the work in any medium, even commercially, provided that credit is given to the original creation.
